Fancy six-layer dip

Garlic and salt, as mashed as I could get it.

I don’t care about the Super Bowl at all, but I do care about snacks. Which is why I’m telling you about this fancy six-layer dip. I added “fancy” to the name because it’s way more hoity-toity than the average seven-layer slop people tend to serve up.

Baked tortilla chips and guacamole

Tortilla chips are probably my favorite snack. Seriously, I could eat chips and salsa, or chips and guacamole, or just plain tortilla chips every day and never tire of them. Sadly, fried tortilla chips aren’t the healthiest of foods. So I have to limit myself.
