But sometimes I have to question the "light" part.

This sandwich is perfect for dinner when you just don't want to cook.
Maybe it's too hot, because it's summer (you listening, Mother Nature?). Maybe you've got to shuttle the kids to various games/meetings/activities. Or maybe you just don't feel like it.
Or maybe it's July 4th, which, as all of America knows, is National Caesar Salad Day!
