Three county wrestlers approaching state-ranked status

A trio of San Luis Obispo County wrestlers found themselves earning honorable mention in TheCaliforniaWrestler.com’s individual state rankings released Tuesday.
Morro Bay junior Jaccob Carlson was one of eight grapplers receiving honorable mention honors at 119 pounds, while Pirates teammate Kent Beecham, a sophomore, was named at 125. Atascadero senior Josh Mei was a selection at 215.
